Full Refunds Available For:

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If your jewelry arrives damaged or has quality issues
  • Wrong Order: When we send you something different than what you ordered
  • Non-Delivery: If your order doesn’t reach you (we’ll investigate first)

Refund Process

For Cash on Delivery Orders:

  • If there’s an issue, simply don’t accept the delivery
  • Already accepted? No worries – we’ll arrange collection and process your refund

For Online Paid Orders:

  • Refunds processed back to your original payment method
  • Timeframe: 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item

Partial Refunds

Sometimes we can offer partial refunds for minor issues where you’d prefer to keep the item. We’ll discuss this option when you contact us.

Processing Time

  • COD Orders: Immediate (just don’t accept delivery if there’s an issue)
  • Online Orders: 5-10 business days to your account
  • Quality Issues: We aim to resolve within 2-3 business days
